From Vision to Reality – Creating the Awakened Woman Sister Circle

After my Breath of Renewal workshop, I found myself in deep conversation with my teacher, the incredible Shakti. We reflected on how far I had come—building confidence in delivering both 1:1 online sessions and in-person group ceremonies. One aspect of that workshop stood out profoundly: the sister-circle dynamic. During the ceremony, it felt as though unspoken "witch" or "sister wounds" had surfaced, wounds carried by women for generations. This resonated so deeply with me.

I love women. I want to support women. I am here to be of service to women everywhere. My goal in life is to embody the woman I wish I could have met during my own struggles as a younger woman. That purpose became crystal clear: I wanted to create a sacred container for women, a space where they could support each other, share authentically, and use breathwork as a tool for healing and growth.

Having shifted so much of my own pain and limiting beliefs through breathwork, I wanted to share this gift in a non-competitive, non-judgmental space. The idea began to take form: a 16-week sister-circle breathwork course.

As a Reiki healer, I hold the work of our chakras in the highest regard. I decided to use the chakra system as a framework for the course, allowing us to explore every aspect of a woman’s life—layer by layer, from the root chakra (self-worth and stability) to the crown chakra (spiritual connection). This framework felt perfect for guiding deep introspection, healing, and personal expansion.

And so, Awakened Woman was born.

I threw myself into planning, creating the themes, session outlines, and promotional materials. I wrote passionately about my vision, highlighting my love for women, my dedication to holding space, and my desire to empower others using breathwork. I started circulating information on social media, and the response was overwhelming.

It became clear that my journey—documented through Facebook and TikTok videos over the prior weeks—had resonated with so many people. These videos, filled with reflections and breathwork guidance, had been steadily gaining attention, helping me connect with an audience who understood my passion. Alongside my previous work within the women’s wellbeing community, this created a perfect storm of interest.

Within a month of launching the promo (November to December), I had sold seven of the eight places. By January 12th, the course start date, Awakened Woman was fully booked!

The response moved me deeply. I had priced the course intentionally on the lower side, wanting to ensure that money would not be a barrier for women who truly needed this support. Offering a payment plan was equally important—having been in that place myself, I understood how financial struggles can hold back self-growth.

This course feels like the culmination of everything I’ve ever done in my life. My 12 years as a teacher have been invaluable, equipping me with the skills to plan and structure a program of this depth and scope. It integrates so many facets of my journey: Reiki, Celtic chanting, manifestation practices, nature immersion, and, of course, Conscious Connected Breathwork.

Every two weeks, I meet with this incredible group of women online for a two-hour session. Together, we explore an aspect of ourselves—starting at the root and rising to the crown. The course weaves together Internal Family Systems (IFS), breathwork, rituals, and creative practices to guide women on a transformative journey.

I can’t express how excited I am about this course and the connections it is already fostering. I’ll share more about its progress and impact in Blog 5, but for now, I’m filled with gratitude for the privilege of holding space for these women and witnessing their transformations.

This is what I was meant to do.
