I've always been fascinated by patterns.

The stories we inherit. The behaviours we repeat. The symbols that follow us through generations. The things we know without knowing quite how we know them.

My work has travelled through many languages over the years — education, advocacy, breathwork, Reiki, nature, creativity and now an increasingly expansive visual art practice.

I don't see these as separate paths. They're different ways of asking the same questions.

What are we carrying? Where did it come from? What belongs to us — and what are we ready to release, transform or reclaim?
