Creativity has always been woven through my life.
Long before I became a breathwork facilitator, Reiki practitioner, educator or advocate, I was an artist. I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art and have spent decades exploring the power of imagery, symbolism and storytelling.

My work sits at the intersection of myth, memory, ancestry and the feminine. Through mixed media, collage, digital art and symbolic imagery, I create pieces that invite us to reconnect with forgotten parts of ourselves and the stories we carry.
​
Recurring themes include feminine archetypes, nature, spirituality, inherited patterns and transformation. A DNA helix often appears throughout my work, representing ancestry, memory and the threads that connect us across generations.

Each piece is created as an invitation to pause, reflect and remember.
Whether inspired by goddesses, saints, wild women, mythology or the natural world, my artwork explores the spaces where healing, creativity and identity meet.

The Rose Oracle
**The Rose Oracle** is an original framed 3D mixed media collage exploring feminine wisdom, intuition, beauty, and transformation.
Created through layers of individually cut and raised elements, the piece combines floral imagery, symbolic portraiture, decorative pattern, and sacred feminine symbolism to create depth, texture, and movement. The dimensional construction casts subtle shadows across the surface, allowing new details to emerge as the light changes throughout the day.
Inspired by roses as symbols of beauty, mystery, resilience, and inner knowing, the central figure appears as an oracle-like presence emerging from layers of colour, pattern, and bloom. Both decorative and symbolic, the artwork invites contemplation, intuition, and a deeper connection to the wisdom found within nature and ourselves.
